Now responsible for the global deployment of Lidea's strategic vision, Oleksiy began his career as an intern within the same company in 2009. After graduating from the Higher Agricultural Institute of Angers (Groupe ESA), he pursued his career in production in France and Ukraine. After six years, he transitioned to the business side, managing sales in Russia and the CIS, and then taking the lead in creating and developing Lidea in the Eastern markets. He is passionate about the seed business and advocates for the pivotal role of genetics in advancing agriculture in the decades to come.
