Vladyslav Novokhatskyy graduated from Poltava State Agrarian Academy in Ukraine in 2011. He worked as a research engineer within Lidea’s (until 2021 it was Euralis Semences) R&D department with responsibilities for sunflower and winter rapeseed testing in Ukraine. After six years Vladislav has changed his position to Sunflower Technical Development Manager for the Black Sea countries in Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Bulgaria, and Romania).
